Meet The Cargoplotters
Dominique (well, Dom, really) is our Head of Operations and of Everything Else. Extreme ownership is not just a VC buzzword; he will unclog the kitchen sink if that needs to be done.
We’re not 100% sure he enjoys it, so we appreciate him even more for taking care of us anyway.

Che is Cargoplot’s reigning air freight champion. He’s also the kind of guy to go camping for the first time in a code orange storm. Pedal to the metal, hype yourself up, ‘clear eyes, full hearts, can’t lose’ kind of guy.
He’s fun to be around and we love him for it.

Did you know that real estate prices in Tehran can be even higher than those in Amsterdam? Adam taught us that.
Hailing all the way from Iran, he is our backend developer extraordinaire. He is also an honorary member of the finance team for his work implementing the new accounting software.
Tobias is one of our German Account Executives. “Obviously”, as he says. He can be heard throughout the day joyfully welcoming clients with a hearty “Tobias Poslovsky, Firma Cargoplot, Hallo”.
He also has a horse, but remains a very down to earth guy.
