German Speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR)

We’re Cargoplot, a young and fast-growing startup in the logistics industry, that has recently completed an investment round to support our continued expansion. We’re currently looking for a German Speaking SDR to strengthen our sales team. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth in the German market - reaching out to potential customers, sparking meaningful conversations, and turning curiosity into opportunities.

What you’ll do:

• Prospect and qualify leads in the German market

• Be the first point of contact for potential customers (mainly via calls, LinkedIn, and email)

• Book meetings and create opportunities for our Account Executives

• Work closely with sales and marketing to fine-tune our outreach strategies

• Keep our CRM squeaky clean and up to date with all relevant information

What we’re looking for:

• Native-level German, plus fluent English

• A bachelor's or master's degree in business / communication or similar

• Bonus if you’ve worked in SaaS, logistics, or a startup environment)

• Experience with HubSpot is a plus

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, energetic personality

• Not afraid to pick up the phone and start a conversation

• Organized, proactive, and target-driven

• A team player who’s also comfortable taking ownership
