As the Cargoplot growth lead, you will be responsible for finding more clients for Cargoplot to help. You will be able to set the direction for the Cargoplot marketing team! It requires running paid and non-paid campaigns over well-known online channels, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google. The role will be in close collaboration with the growth team, among which sales, service, and content. We are looking for someone with the ability to combine strategy, KPI’s and actions to delivery on ambitious targets across growth efforts.

Do you recognize yourself in the following?

* 3+ years’ experience as a performance marketeer/growth hacker

* Experience with Google Analytics, Google Adwords, behaviour analytics tools (e.g. Hotjar)

* Nice to have: experience with Hubspot and/or sql

* You have great analytical skills

* You love data and use it to empower your choices

* 1+ years’ experience with leading teams or projects

* You get things done, you are confident in learning and deploying growth hacking initiatives
