Does this sound like something for you?

With your true passion for customer experience and service-focused mentality, you're responsible for giving our clients the best possible experience. Your most important responsibility is helping clients through the logistics process on the Cargoplot platform. You'll communicate with our freight forwarding partners on behalf of clients, request relevant information from all stakeholders around a logistics operation, and update the client on shipment status. A lot of information will come your way, and sometimes time the time to handle all these requests is limited. During busy times you can maintain a calm manner.

Do you recognize yourself in the following?

- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English;

- Highly customer-oriented

-  Accurate and thorough in your way of working

...and partly in...

- Experience in a client-facing role (e.g. sales, customer success, hospitality);

- Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Hubspot or Salesforce);

- Experience with the world of logistics;

- Business, marketing, or hospitality background.
